Meet Mrs. Galusha
Hello Room 113 Families,
My name is Mrs. Anita Galusha. During my years at Jeffery I have taught both first and second grade. Prior to coming to KUSD, I was a third grade teacher in the Project Discovery enrichment program for five years in the Waukegan School District.
My husband and I live in Pleasant Prairie. We enjoy traveling with our family, and our absolute favorite vacation is to go on cruises. We love the idea of visiting so many different destinations in one trip. Hopefully one day we'll make it on a Mediterranean cruise. That would be a dream come true!
Those who know me, will tell you that I give my heart and soul to teaching children. We always tell our Jeffery students, "I will not give up on you, even if you give up on yourself." It my goal each year to see that all of my students not only reach their goals, but exceed them. It takes teamwork to make this happen, and I look forward to having you on my team!
