2018-2019 School Year

Dear Room 117 Parents,

I love to acknowledge students for being strong leaders in the classroom. These are the qualities we talk about on a daily basis:

*Be an active participant in the classroom.

*Be a hard worker; Show perseverance (I tell them all of the time to never give up...Even when things get hard.)

*Fill our classroom with your positive attitude.

*Be willing to make mistakes; Be a risk taker with your learning. (Ask your child about making a "Beautiful Oops.")

*Be responsible.

*Show kindness to others; Treat others the way you wish to be treated.

With all of this being said, I like to surprise my students when they surprise me. Our classroom is always happy to accept donations to our treasure chest. The children love the small prizes you would give as party favors or Dollar Store type items. They also love any Happy Meal type toys. Thank you for teaming up with me this year to celebrate your child's successes. :)
